Bring SuperPath into Slack Your people already live in Slack, and now their learning does too. SuperPath sends learning updates straight to Slack and lets managers approve requests in one tap. Everyone gets their learning dashboard right inside Slack, and the SuperPath AI assistant answers questions about your learning data in plain English. Add to Slack What you get Learning notifications in Slack. Assignments, due and overdue reminders, completions, certificates, approvals and discussion replies arrive as direct messages from the SuperPath app, with a button straight to the learning. Admins choose which notifications to send. The app never posts in channels on its own. Approve in one tap. Approve or decline learning requests, step sign offs, assignments and self registrations right from the message. Add a due date or a reason, and the learner is told automatically. My Learnings, in Slack. The SuperPath app’s Home tab shows each person what is overdue, due soon and in progress, with a button to carry on. Rich previews for shared learning. Paste a SuperPath pathway or course link into any channel and it becomes a card with the cover, description and duration. Click it to see your own progress, privately. Ask the SuperPath AI assistant. Ask questions like “Who is overdue on compliance training?” or “Which teams have the lowest engagement?” and get answers from your SuperPath data, with sources and a link to the full picture. How to add SuperPath to Slack You install SuperPath from inside SuperPath, so your workspace connects to the right organisation. You need to be a SuperPath Owner or Admin, and allowed to install apps in your Slack workspace. Sign in to SuperPath at app.superpath.io. If your organisation is in our Australian or European region, use app-au.superpath.io or app-eu.superpath.io. Go to Settings, then Integrations, and select View Details on the Slack card. Click Add to Slack, choose your workspace and click Allow. Choose your notifications. Back in SuperPath, select Manage, switch on the notifications you want in Slack and click Update Slack. Everyone in your workspace can then open the SuperPath app in Slack. The first time someone presses a button, they link their SuperPath account once, so every action is taken as them, with their normal SuperPath permissions. An admin can disconnect at any time from Settings, then Integrations. About the SuperPath AI assistant The SuperPath app in Slack includes an AI assistant powered by a large language model. AI can make mistakes, and answers may be incomplete or inaccurate, so check anything important in SuperPath before you act on it. Every answer lists its sources and links to the full conversation in SuperPath. The assistant answers from your SuperPath data only. It never reads your Slack channels, messages or files. It cannot change anything from Slack. Any change it prepares has to be reviewed and confirmed in SuperPath. Your data is never used to train AI models. It needs a paid Slack plan, and it is available to the roles your organisation allows in SuperPath. Secure by design Every action is taken as the person who pressed the button, with their normal SuperPath permissions. The app only reads its own direct messages, and your data stays in your SuperPath region.
